It is an attractive spot for travelers and snorkelers. Additionally, this island is ideal for relaxation and nature appreciation.

“Masa Lalu di Phuket Old Town” (Looking back at Phuket Old Town). The article by Phattharawadee Srisa-at describes the old town area in Phuket province for the attractiveness of its buildings in the Sino-Portuguese style and the people’s lifestyle, which is endearing and appealing to tourists.

“Perahu Kolek Yang Molek” (The Belle of Kolek Boat). The article written by Fadlina Yapha is about Perahu Kolek and the Malay people’s distinctive boatbuilding skill. The Perahu Kolek, which originated in Pattani Province, reflects the lifestyle and cultural diversity of coastal Malay people.           All three articles effectively introduce Thai tourist attractions and intriguing arts to Indonesian readers. These publications are the consequence of Walailak University’s collaboration with renowned Indonesian universities on Indonesian language courses.
