Pacharapong Kumjumpa, a lecturer in the School’s Public Administration Program, attended the 8th International Conference at Rangsit University on April 28, 2023. The theme of the conference was “Leading Research and Innovation for Opportunity and Readiness Following the Pandemic.” Ajarn Pacharapong presented his human resource management research findings on the topic of “Insights into Millennial Employees-Manager Relationships in Thailand: A Comparative Case Study” on this special occasion.

          It was anticipated that participation in such events would increase the School’s staff’s knowledge and academic skills, as well as enhance the reputation of the School and Walailak University in academic communities.
