Wirat Roobao, mayor of Hua Ta Pan subdistrict administration organization, Thasala district, Nakorn Sri Thammarat on 27 December 2022. The purpose of discission is to develop a research proposal on the topic of innovation for Walailak university neighbourhood development.  Assistant Professor Kamrai Somrak, acting in the position of director of Walailak University hospital, and Dr Chirawat Wattanapani, acting in the position of vice director of the Center for International Affairs, have contributed to this research as well.
