WU-PAD Student Won Male Spokesman Popular Vote Award from the National TSU's Spokesmen at University Posts, Gen-1 Project

Walailak University’s Public Administration Program, under the supervision of Dr. Arpaporn Sookhom, sent students to participate in the project “TSU’s Spokesmen at University Posts, Gen-1” as part of the U2T Growth Mindset, a project “From Universities to Tambon, Build Taproots for the Country.” Ms. Onpriya Prasomkit, the second year President of the Public Administration Students Club, 2) Ms. Buachompoo Klinsukon, the first year Vice President of the Public Administration Students Club, 3 and 4) Ms. Warintorn Kanjanaklod, and Mr. Pornpipat Chaovalit, Public Administration Students Club representatives, were four students who participated in the project.

Pornpipat Chaovalit won the “Male Spokesman’s Popular Vote” award at this event, demonstrating his capability as a student leader. Adjunct Associate Professor Dr. Duangrit Benjathikul Chairungruang, Secretary to the Minister and Spokesperson for the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation (TSU), and Dr. Patcharinruja Juntaronanont, advisor to the TSU Minister, were honored to award prizes to students who received awards from this activity.

The project “TSU’s Spokesmen at University Posts, Gen-1” took place between the 13th and 17th of December 2021 at the National Science Museum in Khlong Ha, Khlong Luang District, Pathum Thani Province. It was an effort to create a network of students with the purpose of achieving sustainable development and improving communication skills in the digital age appropriate for a new generation. Four public administration students attended this event as Walailak University delegates, and in addition to engaging in various activities with the TSU, they also played a role in promoting the university’s excellent image via such activities.
