The Political Science Program of the School of Political Science and Laws and the WU’s Center of Excellence on Women and Social Security (WU-CEWSS) cordially invite everyone who is interested to attend a public lecture entitled “Social Science and Humanities Academic Endeavor: Experiences from a World-Class University” to be delivered by a distinguished speaker Professor Dr. Thongchai Winichakul.

The event would be conducted over two days and would include two lectures:

1. On Wednesday, February 16, 2022, from 01.30 to 03.30 p.m. A lecture and discussion on the topic “Bringing Local Knowledge into Dialogue with International Academic Circles.”

2. On Thursday, February 17, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. A lecture and discussion on the topic “Academic Experiences in the Social Sciences and Humanities from US Universities.”
