The School of Political Science and Laws cordially welcomes Assistant Professor Dr. Khemaree Rugchoochip as a new member of the school’s Public Administration Program.

Dr. Khemaree holds a PhD in Development Administration (International Program) from the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA). Her academic and research interests include Public Administration, Economics, Business Administration, English Business, and English for Public Administration. A recent article titled “Job Satisfaction and Work Happiness as Mediating Variables Affecting the Working Environment and Performance of Medical Personnel in Samut Sakhon Province, Thailand,” co-authored with Sirapatsorn Wongthongdee, Suttipong Kiartivich, Poonsak Sangsunt, and Yanapol Sangsunt, was published in the International Journal of Innovation, Creativity, and Change in 2021.

Dr. Khemaree has vast expertise teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels over her academic career. She made significant academic contributions while working at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, Khon Kaen University, and Burapha University. Dr. Khemaree will be primarily responsible for teaching courses in the Public Administration Program at Walailak University, while also developing exciting research plans in the area of social sciences based on her expertise.
